One system for the whole business: the counter POS, kitchen and pickup boards, offline mode, menu and catalog, stock, loyalty and marketing, staff and shifts, reports, payments and fiscal receipts — plus the backend for your own branded app and website. You control all of it from your own back office.

Armenian, Russian and English, everywhere: the counter, the kitchen boards, the back office and the guest app. Product names, pages and receipts can be filled in each language, so every guest and every employee uses their own.
Most of the work is entering your menu, and we help with that. Devices join a branch by entering a pairing code, so setting up a till, a printer or a kitchen screen is quick. We set up your company with you, then train your team on the counter and the back office.
Your back office has a support chat straight to the Concept Studio team — you can send files and voice messages. When it helps, we can connect to a device remotely, but only with your consent.
Yes, for cash. A small hub in the branch keeps orders, cash payments, kitchen tickets, the queue board, shifts, day close and PIN sign-in working. Customer lookups and discounts still work, and everything syncs back automatically.
Card payments, fiscal receipts, refunds and cancellations need the connection and wait until it is back.
The counter app runs on a Windows till and also in a tablet browser. Any ESC/POS receipt printer works over the network or USB. Kitchen, bar and queue screens, scanners and HDM fiscal registers are supported, and offline mode uses a small hub service on a Windows machine in the branch.
Yes. Tally has an HDM fiscal integration for sales and return receipts, and retries a receipt if the register does not answer. Every order shows its fiscal status, so nothing slips through. Fiscal receipts need the internet, so they are not issued while a branch is offline.
Yes, and faster than starting from scratch. The backend already exists: menu, SMS sign-in, cart, promo codes, online payment with saved cards, order tracking, loyalty, push notifications and the content you edit yourself. We build the branded app and website on top of it, and app orders arrive on the same tills and kitchen boards.
Yes — we help you move them. Send us an export from your current system and we work with you to bring over customers and their balances, then check the result together before you switch. It is a guided move with our team, not a self-serve import.
Pricing is on request. Tell us how many branches and tills you run and which modules you need — the counter alone, or stock, loyalty and your own app too — and we send you a quote in Armenian drams (֏). Every plan includes the counter, kitchen boards, offline mode, three languages and support.
No. Tally is priced per company, on request: we quote in Armenian drams (֏) based on your branches and the modules you need, and the price does not grow with your sales. Card and wallet fees are agreed directly between you and your bank or payment provider.
Yes. Start with the counter and move up when you want stock, loyalty or your own app. New modules switch on for your company and your data stays where it is.
Each company’s data is kept separate from every other company. Staff sign in with their own PIN and see only what their role allows, and managers can only manage people below them. Manual loyalty point changes need a second approval, and you can erase a customer’s personal data on request.
